Shipping Policies

  • Free Shipping  if your order is $199 or more, and you live anywhere in the U.S. (all 50 states), shipping is Free! We only ship to the United States currently.
  • Orders are shipped only after receipt of good funds. Orders purchased by bank wire, credit card, cashier’s check, or postal money orders usually ship within 1-10 business days. Orders purchased by personal check are held for at least five to seven business days before processing.
  • All orders shipped via UPS will be determined during checkout. Most orders will be eligible for an upgrade to faster shipping.
  • All orders are shipped fully insured.
  • Multiple orders may not be combined.
  • Every package includes a signature confirmation and requires a signature to be received.
  • All packages shipped via UPS will be shipped Priority.
  • You will be notified by email when your package(s) ships.
  • All packages are shipped securely in inconspicuous packaging and give no indication of contents. Boxes may or may not be addressed from “Metals Mint.”
  • Free shipping is based upon order subtotal.

Is my package insured while in transit?

Metals Mint fully insures all of its shipments. Should anything happen while your package is in transit to you, it will be covered by our insurance policy. However, we will not accept responsibility if you have left instructions with any carriers or delivery services to leave parcels unattended for you without the need for a signature, or if you have given the carrier instructions to leave your package with anyone other than the addressee. This includes but is not limited to a building manager, neighbor, a business mailroom, drop-off location such as Mail Boxes etc., The UPS Store, the Military Postal Service, etc. Additionally, we will not assume responsibility for packages that are signed for by apartment/complex building management, a business mailroom, the Military Postal Service or any person(s) that are not the addressee listed on the order.

My package appears to have been damaged or tampered with. What should I do?

We recommend you refuse any shipment that appears to be damaged or tampered with as the shipping insurance ends once signed for and/or delivered. When refused, the package(s) will return to Metals Mint for inspection. If you have taken possession of a damaged or tampered package, please save all packaging and contact Metals Mint at (855) 360-GOLD or email us at sales@metalsmint.com within 48 hours for further instructions. Failure to notify us of damage or tampering within 48 hours from signature or delivery date may impact our ability to cover your claim.

Ordering and Payment Policies

  • Photos of products are a representation of the item you will receive and may or may not be the actual item you will receive. Please use the photos as an indicator of the general quality of the item you will receive and review the product page for any additional details regarding the condition of the item.
  • All Prices are subject to change due to market changes.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an order if the quoted price of an item is incorrect due to typographical, technical, or system error.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
  • Once an order is placed through metalsmint.com, you have entered into a legally binding agreement. Once your order is confirmed with a confirmation number, you cannot cancel the confirmed order without being subject to our Market Loss Policy.

  • If you do not submit payment in full within 1 business day for bank wire payments or postmark your personal checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders within 1 business day, we may, at our discretion, cancel your order and implement the conditions of our Market Loss Policy. For bank wire orders, wiring instructions will be sent within 1 hour during regular business hours Monday through Friday, and by Monday morning if the order is placed over the weekend.
  • All personal, bill pay, or business checks are held 3-5 business days. When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.
  • Bill pay is an accepted form of payment. You do not need an account number to do this. Your bank will simply issue a paper check, and it will be processed in the same manner as a personal check.
  • All orders paid via credit card, postal money order, or bank wire are put into the processing queue immediately.

Return & Cancellation Policy

  • Exchange Policy
    Metals Mint wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your purchase within 5 business days of delivery, we will exchange it so long as it remains in its original packaging and condition. To initiate an exchange, simply contact a Metals Mint customer service representative by telephone at (855) 360-GOLD, by email at info@metalsmint.com, or through our Live Chat feature.
  • Return Policy
    Metals Mint accepts returns on all products within 5 business days of delivery. To be eligible for return, the product must remain in its original packaging and condition. Returns are typically completed within 1-3 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns must be requested via telephone at (855) 360-GOLD. All returns are subject to our Market Loss Policy.
  • Cancellation for Non-Payment
    Payment for your order must be postmarked or wired within 1 business day of order confirmation by Metals Mint. If payment is not timely received, then Metals Mint may cancel your order, and you will be responsible for payment of any market loss fees incurred.
  • Selling To Metals Mint
    When selling to Metals Mint, once your offer is confirmed, the price for your confirmed sale is locked in.  You cannot cancel the confirmed sale. You must provide Metals Mint with a tracking number for Your product shipment within 1 business day of sale confirmation. If the tracking number is not timely received, Metals Mint may cancel your order, and you may be responsible for payment of any market loss fees incurred. Alternative sales terms must be approved by Metals Mint.
  • Default; Rights and Remedies
    If at any time you fail to comply with any term of the User Agreement, Metals Mint may cancel any of your existing orders. If Metals Mint cancels your order for any reason other than non-payment, your exclusive remedy and Metals Mint’s entire liability, if any, for such cancelled order is (1) a refund of the amount that you paid less any cancellation fee incurred or (2) the return of the precious metal products you submitted to Metals Mint.

    Additionally, Metals Mint may apply any of your funds in its possession to pay any of your monetary obligations to Metals Mint, may offset any monetary obligations that Metals Mint has to you against any monetary obligations you have to Metals Mint, and may suspend or terminate Your account. The suspension or the termination of Your account shall not affect Your obligations under this User Agreement. You expressly authorize Metals Mint to charge your credit card for all such amounts.

    In addition, upon any failure by You to comply with Your obligations to Metals Mint, Metals Mint shall have all of the rights and the remedies available to Metals Mint, whether at law, in equity, or otherwise, including without limitation, rights and remedies under this User Agreement. Without limiting or waiving any of such rights and/or remedies, Metals Mint may turn Your account over to a collection agency or a lawyer for collection.

    No delay or failure on the part of Metals Mint in exercising any right or any remedy shall operate as a waiver of such right or such remedy, and any partial exercise of any right or any remedy shall not preclude or constitute a waiver of further exercise of that right or that remedy, or the exercise of any other right or any other remedy.
